Getting fit is looking good.

Yeah right! To get fit, at least for me is really a hard stuff to achieve unless I choose to. And exercise doesn’t guarantee that I won’t get sick. I am sick, I still have this cough I got few days back and been taking syrup, and I hate it. I wish it’ll be gone NOW - haha! Kidding aside, how do we stay healthy inside and out? It’s really a big deal but, as I said, I choose to make it simple which I consider my secrets to staying fit and looking good hahaha! I keep myself moving . I work around our flat, do mix of things that keep me active.  I go to the gym at least once a week. But I listen to my body. I read that some athletes are more susceptible to getting sick because they’re pushing their bodies to the limit. So, I don’t overdo things (but I think I did last week that’s why I got sick haha). I find things I enjoy and make them a part of my everyday life. I may not have six packs but I still feel good. Though, I still aim to have at least 4 of those hahaha, in time, watch out lols...
