M ore often than not, we wake up each morning with guts, thinking that we have enough courage to stand for anything lies ahead each day. The thing is, do we really need it? Does it make a difference if we don’t have it? What is it by the way? Webster clearly defines courage as the ability to conquer fear or withstand despair; it can be either physical or moral. But as unique individuals, my question is how do we get it? Courage lies within us, and precisely it is beyond belief and oftentimes has a remarkable effect on the lives of others around us. It is a way of life. It is when we stand out to the crowd by bringing out the best in us, believing in ourselves instead of believing in what others say about us.
